How it works
There are 4 phases to the training program
- Speed & Effort
- Pace & Control
- Race Prep
In order to move to the next phase, you must meet the minimum requirements of the current training phase.
- This principle is to ensure that you stay on track to meet your goals. We do not believe forcing work outs because a calendar says you are approaching your race day. Training and racing is a privilege earned, not determined by an initial desire or previously set goal.
- This approach to requires you to complete the proper training to make it to race day, with the expectation of running between 3:30 to 3:40.

-- Sign up below and schedule a time to meet with Gary via a video or phone call
-- Team selections will be notified on 10/31/19
-- Desire to be a part of a team that is working towards a similar goal
-- Have run at least one marathon with a finishing time under 3:55
-- Have been running for a minimum of 12 months
-- Willing to run 4 days per week (on most weeks, with the understanding that some weeks it may not happen)
-- Ability to use a gps watch or app to track workouts (Garmin, Strava, Apple Watch, Runkeeper, as examples)

$25 / month $145 / 6months spring team$280 / 12 months to sign up for fall team (May to Oct 2020)
